The listed prices include 9% VAT and local tax.
The listed prices do not include the Climate Resilience Tax (Law 4389/2016), payable at the property:
March – October: 2.00€ per night/room.
November – February: 0.50€ per night/room.
Quoted room rates do not include breakfast unless specified in a specific package.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: Reserved rooms are available after 14:30.
Check-Out: The compulsory evacuation of the room is at 11:00.
Full charges apply for the day of arrival regardless of the guest’s arrival time.
Upon entry, guests are obliged to present a valid ID or Passport and sign the registration forms required by local authorities.
No Show
In the event of a No Show, 100% of the total cost of stay is charged. No refunds or compensations apply.
Delayed Check-Out
Requests for late check-out must be made at reception at least one day in advance.
Late Check-Out Fee: 50.00€ per unit (subject to availability).
Failure to vacate by 11:00 without prior arrangement may result in a surcharge equal to half a day’s rent. After 18:00, a full day’s rent applies.
RESERVATIONS: DEPOSIT, AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed in written form via email. All agreed information, charges, and applicable policies are considered read and agreed upon once the booking is finalized.
Reservation Deposit
Standard/Flexible Rates: A 50% deposit (total stay + extras) is required. This deposit is automatically charged to the provided card immediately after the free cancellation window expires.
Non-Refundable Reservations: A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to validate the reservation.
Reservation Modifications
Modifications are free of charge (subject to availability and seasonal rate fluctuations) provided the reservation is not a "Non-Refundable" offer.
Early departure is charged at 100% of the remaining stay.
Reservation Cancellations
Cancellation Window: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the 14-day window result in a penalty of 50% (the deposit).
Last-Minute Offers: Specific rates may carry a 100% penalty if cancelled within 2 days of arrival.

Refunds
Refunds are processed minus bank transfer expenses and currency discrepancies.
Refunds are only issued to the original account/card used for payment.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
Within 14 days of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to run a pre-authorization check (temporarily freezing up to 50% of the total cost) to verify card validity.
If a card fails pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if new details are not provided within 24 hours.
CHILD & EXTRA BED POLICY
Infants (0–2 years): Accommodation is free. One baby cot is provided free of charge (subject to availability).
Older Children & Adults (3–14 years): A charge of 20.00€ per night applies for the extra bed.
Breakfast for Children:
Under 3 years: Free.
3 years and over: Normal rates apply.
PET POLICY
Dogs Guides: Certified escort dogs are accepted with official documentation.
Other Pets: Not accepted. Entry and accommodation of pets is prohibited to maintain property standards.

Continental Breakfast: Charges apply based on per person / per night.
Car Parking: 12.00€ per night.
Moto Parking: 6.00€ per night.

RIGHT TO REFUSE / TERMINATE ACCOMMODATION
Kalvokoresi 16 reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation without refund for:
Violent, antisocial, or offensive behavior toward staff or guests.
Vandalism or theft.
Excessive noise during quiet hours (23:00 – 09:00).
Failure to provide valid ID or sign registration forms.
